    City of New Haven Gap Financing

    The City of New Haven provides on a case by case basis gap financing for non-profit and for-profit developers.

    The funding source provided is typically HOME funds provided to the City of New Haven by the Housing and Urban Development. These funds carry strict restrictions on rent and homeownership.

    The City of New Haven is gap funding only.
